From June 25 to 27, we will bring our grinders to World of Coffee Brussels 2026, set against the magnificent backdrop of Brussels, a city of Baroque elegance, Art Nouveau masterpieces, and one of the historical capitals of Surrealism. A place where people learn to look beyond the surface of things.
If René Magritte had painted a coffee bean, he probably would have written beneath the canvas: “Ceci n’est pas un café.” And he would have been right. Because before becoming a beverage and a ritual, coffee is engineering, precision, and the science of grinding.

The Secret Lies in the Invisible
Just as the Surrealist masters revealed hidden worlds behind everyday objects, our grinders unlock the full potential hidden inside every single bean. At first glance, industrial grinding may appear to be a matter of brute force. For us, it is exactly the opposite: an act of respect and obsessive attention to detail.
- Impeccable particle size distribution: reducing coffee into perfectly uniform grounds for optimal extraction.
- Thermal control: preventing overheating to preserve essential oils and the most volatile aromas, the true soul of specialty coffee.
- Large-scale efficiency: enabling industrial roasteries to maintain micro-roastery quality standards, even at volumes of tons per hour.
When Third Wave meets large-scale production
Brussels, and Belgium as a whole, has a rich and rapidly evolving coffee culture, where the tradition of historic cafés is merging with the boldness of the Third Wave movement.
In this landscape, the industrial grinder becomes the essential link between worlds: transforming the poetry of botanical selection into the reality of large-scale production, without sacrificing a single gram of quality.
Ceci est un café
From June 25 to 27, we will be exhibiting at World of Coffee Brussels 2026 with:
• MAC5, the most powerful grinder in our range, designed for largescale roasteries and capable of grinding up to 2 tons of coffee per hour.
• A selection of Angel grinders, our most compact models, particularly suited for laboratories and coffee shops — available live at the booth for demonstrations and testing with your own coffee.
And then, yes, you will finally be able to say: “Oui, ceci est un café.”
We look forward to welcoming you at booth 11142
