No, we’re not Swiss. But if there’s one thing that connects us to the Swiss, it’s our dedication and rigor in the pursuit of maximum precision. And our interest in particles – coffee particles, of course.

Our grinders are the result of years of research and development, equipped with advanced control systems and top-quality components that ensure impeccable performance and exceptional durability.
The grinding discs, the heart of our machines, are designed with meticulous precision, each one tailored to the specific requests of the client and the characteristics of the coffee. Material, geometry, cutting angles, tooth curvature, pitch, and groove depth: each of these dimensions influences the grinding result and the morphology of the resulting particles.
We constantly perform laser particle size analysis on the ground coffee to deliver the extraction curve required by the market or individual client. If necessary, we recalibrate the machine’s settings to correct the curve and eliminate unwanted variations.
But our research also focuses on continuously improving the overall operation and management of our grinders, their application flexibility, and modularity, always keeping temperature under control and maximizing production capacity and the quality of the ground product. This approach has allowed us, for example, to obtain a patent for our MAC3 and MAC5 grinders, where both burrs can rotate independently and are fully adjustable.
We also develop new customized accessories and complements like compactors, refrigerated and insulated transport systems, and degassing plants. These allow roasters and coffee producers to maintain a high and consistent standard, reducing waste and maximizing the potential of every coffee batch.
In short, we certainly don’t need particle accelerators, but in our own way, we consider coffee grinding an exact science, for its rigor, robustness of proof, and repeatability of results.
With our “Swiss precision,” you can always achieve the desired extraction curve, from espresso to filter, from capsules to brewing, guaranteeing the best sensory and organoleptic experience coffee after coffee.
