Turkish coffee plant with two Colombini MAC5 grinders and cooling system
Turkish coffee grinding is the most delicate grinding since it is extremely fine. Therefore, the special cutting discs work at a distance of a few tens of microns, and because of the increased friction, the effort increases and consequently the temperature. Which must be kept under control.
Our MAC5 grinder, equipped with a patented system that allows rotation of both grinders, with independent speed adjustment, is the best solution for processing Turkish coffee. This innovative technology, together with an efficient cooling system, enables high performance while greatly containing overheating of the ground coffee.

This new plant consists of an insulated, water-cooled extracting auger, and is equipped with two Colombini MAC5 grinders that can grind up to 400 kg/h each, for a total capacity then of 700-800 kg/h of Turkish ground coffee.
The plant is modular and can be implemented with a third grinding unit at any time bringing production to about 1000 kg of Turkish coffee per hour.
